About CryoTherm Palm
CryoTherm Palm is a handheld device with a cooling surface for each palm, designed to be held between sets, intervals or breaks in play. It has three cold levels, three heat levels and a contrast mode, and needs no ice or water. Therabody says two studies it ran with athletes found they did more work and felt cooler. It costs $399.99 in the US, with the UK, EU, Australia and Canada due to follow in autumn 2026.
